Esports has indeed been climbing a high trend in recent times. This has also been started several years ago in developed countries where the gaming community is very high and often holds seasonal events such as America or Japan. Departing from this background, I would like to briefly summarize some online game titles that already have an esports match schedule/model or have held tournaments before. The goal, maybe for those of you who want to be serious about playing a game (and maybe planning to become an esports athlete), I provide references to some game titles that are worth knowing and considering.
Here are some online game titles that have held tournament leagues.
(Btw, it's a random order, based on the info I found out the first time)

The Rocket League Championship Series, or RLCS for short, is a Psyonix-funded tournament league (game dev for rocket league). The competition kicked off in Spring 2016 with its inaugural season giving the top North American and European teams a chance to compete for a share of the $75,000 USD prize pool. The first World Championships were held in Los Angeles, California, with a reappearance during World Championship Season 3, between the first Finals to take place in Europe, being held in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Although currently made up of hand-picked champions, future competitors will likely be selected by Overwatch League guides from among the talented Overwatch Contenders, ensuring the Overwatch League will continue to be filled with proven athletes. The prize pool reaches $1,700,000 USD.
For the Overwatch World Cup, the tournament will travel to Incheon, Los Angeles, Bangkok and Paris, before making its way to the final at BlizzCon 2018. The prize pool stands at $128,000 USD.
